What is your Exchange/Refund policy?

Our focus at Little Modish Jems is to provide an outstanding customer service experience for all clients.

  • DUE TO THE RISKS OF COVID-19 LITTLE MODISH JEMS WILL IMPLEMENT AN ALL SALES FINAL POLICY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
  • NO EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME
  • ANY ITEM PURCHASED ON SALE IS ALWAYS FINAL SALE 
  • PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR ITEMS IN CART PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for the order to be processed and completed. An email will be sent to you after you place your order with the corresponding tracking information.

  • ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED & SHIPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY
  • NO ORDERS WILL PROCESS/SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

What if my order is damaged?

We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but if you do notice an error or you receive damaged item(s) please email us at Littlemodishjems@gmail.com and we will make sure to correct the problem. Please include your name, order # and email address when emailing customer service so that we can better serve you.
